Our JDL Ambassadors put our residents’ needs first, creating an experience that promotes greater satisfaction year after year. With our hands-on management style, our personalized approach to service includes:

  • Coordinating and assisting all tenants with their move-in experience
  • Arranging services and facilitating reservations for on-site amenities
  • Curating community events and providing assistance with reservations 
at local restaurant partnerships
  • Providing a detailed welcome package including community information, essential contacts, and tips for settling into your new home

JDL Ambassadors take pride in every one of our properties and are committed to maintaining them at the highest level. We make sure every property looks and operates even better than the day it opened through:

  • Overseeing maintenance requests to ensure all issues are promptly resolved to the resident’s satisfaction
  • Coordinating with service providers to maintain the property and 
address any concerns
  • Monitoring communal areas to ensure they meet the highest standard of cleanliness and functionality
  • Collecting resident feedback through surveys or casual conversations to continuously improve the quality of service
